Mike Boudreaux
has been Senior Pastor at Crescent Lake Christian Center since 1998. Originally from Louisiana, Mike graduated from LSU in 1976 with a degree in Accounting and worked as an accountant at Freeport McMoran for 11 years. In 1988, he left the business world and became Associate Pastor at Reserve Christian Center. Later, he left his home of 44 years and came to Excelsior Springs, MO to CLCC. He and his wife of 32 years, Stephanie, have three wonderful children. He also serves on the Leadership team of Midwest Ministries Fellowship.

David Boudreaux
has been working with youth and leading worship for over 10 years. In 2004, he left his job as an accountant to be full time youth pastor and worship leader at CLCC. He and his wife, Veronica, love working with the people of Excelsior Springs and are excited about what God is doing at Crescent Lake.

Shelley Spear
became part of the CLCC family in 1985. Shortly after joining CLCC, she married her husband, Stephen, in the CLCC Chapel and have been happily married for 21 years. They have been blessed with two children, Tyler and Lauren. After working for a Kansas City bank for 10 years, Shelley began to seek the Lord, praying that an opportunity would open up for her to use the skills and talents God had gave her, that would bless the Kingdom of God. In 1995, she began working part-time for CLCC, as a Financial Secretary, and felt blessed that that God placed her in this ministry. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and home decorating.
